Working hand-in-hand with the other members of our restaurant's Kitchen team, your main objective is to assist the 1st Pastry Chef, while following the instructions and recommendations of our Head Chef, Nawal Rezagui.
You'll have to comply with the restaurant's procedures, legal norms and standards (particularly in terms of hygiene and food safety). You'll need to monitor stocks in your area and report any special needs.
