Alternant Commis sommelier H/F
Travaillant main dans la main avec notre Chef Sommelier et Sommelier, votre objectif principal consiste à vous assurer de l’entière satisfaction de la clientèle concernant le service du vin et des boissons jusqu’à leur départ. Pour cela, vous assistez l’équipe sommellerie afin d’assurer une excellente qualité de service. Vous veillez à la qualité des équipements et à la mise en place tout en respectant les standards de qualité de service partagés au sein de l’établissement, en cultivant un excellent esprit d’équipe. Vous veillez à une bonne gestion de la cave et travaillez sur les inventaires mensuels.
Vous préparez le restaurant pour le service et dressez les tables afin d’offrir à vos clients un cadre chaleureux et soigné. Vous veillez ensuite à leur faire vivre une belle expérience, notamment par votre maîtrise de la carte, du menu du jour et des suggestions du Chef pour de meilleurs accords mets & vins. En permanence à l’écoute de la clientèle, vous n’hésitez pas à partager vos conseils avisés pour répondre aux attentes.

Travaillant main dans la main avec les autres membres de l’équipe de Cuisine de notre restaurant, votre objectif principal consiste à assister l’équipe tout en suivant les consignes et les recommandations de notre Cheffe de Cuisine, Mme Nawal Rezagui. Vous devrez suivre les directives du Second de Cuisine, respecter les procédures, les normes légales et les standards de l’établissement (notamment en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire).
Il vous faudra contrôler les stocks de sa partie et signaler tout besoin particulier. Aider, renseigner, surveiller et former les Commis ainsi que garantir la qualité des prestations seront vos priorités.

Our history
Beauvallon Collection was born in Beaune in 2019.
The company was founded by Amaury Rostagnat, former head of an international events company and hospitality professional. It was in Asia that Amaury discovered his vocation a few years earlier: to do everything in his power to provide an exceptional experience for customers in search of relaxation and emotion. Convinced that the hotel is the ideal place to create these moments, Amaury acquired Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in 2019.
It was then that he met Lucie, a seasoned luxury hotel manager in Paris, London and Hong Kong. Inspired by her many international experiences, Lucie believes in a highly personalized hotel experience.
Because they share the same vision, Amaury and Lucie decided to design the ideal hotel experience together. Beauvallon Collection was born.
