OUR FINE DINING RESTAURANT
Bathed in light from its large bow window overlooking the landscaped garden and fountains, our fine dining restaurant strives to showcase the very best of French cuisine. The regularly updated seasonal menu highlights the richness of the local terroir, elevated with fresh aromatics plants and herbs from the garden, a match made in heaven with our vast selection of wines and champagnes from the region. It is the perfect way to take your discovery of the Champagne region to the next level.
The fine dining restaurant, which is also open to the public, welcomes you for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, and for lunch on Sundays.


THE BISTRO
At lunchtime, Monday to Friday, and for dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays to Sundays, we invite you to discover a bistronomic menu, based on seasonal produce and refined recipes.
Depending on your tastes and the season, you can enjoy your meal in the dining room or on the terrace, in a setting where the charm of Champagne is revealed on every plate.

Nawal Rezagui
CHEF NAWAL REZAGUI
Born in Morocco, Chef Nawal Rezagui grew up surrounded by the intoxicating aromas of her family's cuisine. After an initial career in IT, she opened a restaurant in Morocco that sparked a consuming passion within her, driving her to perfect her skills first in Marseille, then in Germany before joining Michelin-starred establishments in France.
LaCheffe's ambition is "to captivate the taste buds and hearts of our guests through a ballet of emotions, transforming each meal into an extraordinary gustatory journey". She also strives to cultivate a zen and serene atmosphere within her brigade, so that each member of her team flourishes in a caring environment.


BREAKFAST
Because for many, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, Hostellerie Briqueterie & Spa offers a generous breakfast buffet.
Whether indoors in a light-filled lounge or out on the terrace, you can start your day with delicious viennoiseries, fresh bread, cereals, savoury cakes, cold meats, yoghurts and cheeses, plus our chef's homemade pastries.
Open to outside customers, breakfast is served from 7 to 10:30 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.


ROOM SERVICE
For those who prefer to enjoy the comfort of their room, room service is available, with a menu of sweet and savoury snacks.
