First, the fabulous history of Fossier cookies, which began in 1756 in the time of kings, is told through a film on a large screen. Then, to delight your taste buds, you can enjoy a tasting of the company's delicious creations.
Afterwards, a guided tour reveals the secrets of traditional cookie making. For health and safety reasons, the tour of the workshops takes place in a glassed-in gallery on the first floor. The Fossier cookie range can then be found in the factory store adjacent to the cookie factory, along with a wide choice of gourmet compositions.
