On the site of a former brickworks near Epernay, a hostellerie has been welcoming visitors to Champagne since 1973. Just acquired by the Beauvallon Collection group, it has been reborn after a facelift. The decor has been streamlined, but the charm of a country house has been retained.
Nawal Rezagui, a young Moroccan chef, offers a cuisine of mixed cultures, an original offering amidst the vines. And the first spa by Maison Caulières is nestled in this Relais & Châteaux that deserves to be rediscovered.
